Food Preservation Books
These are the 3 reference books that I use the most for preserving food. Links below include sites where you can purchase these books online.
The Beginner's Guide to Preserving Food at Home is the book that I have had the longest and use the most. This book covers basic preservation techniques and includes some recipes as well. As the title states, this is a great book for beginners and one that I still use many years later.
Preserving Everything is the next step in preserving and really covers all techniques and has some great recipes that you may not be thinking about.
Ball Blue Book Guide to Preserving is full of recipes for everything you can think of. It's a great go to when searching for a new recipe or how to preserve something you haven't preserved before.
