Pickled Banana Peppers
- 10-12 banana peppers - sliced
- 1 large garlic clove - chopped
- 3 cups distilled white vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Add vinegar, water, salt and sugar to a medium pot. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved.
- Add chopped garlic and banana peppers to a glass jar.
- Ladle hot liquid into the jar. Process in water bath for canning or refrigerate as desired.
